An upgrade in manufacturing capability Luguan continues to advance the iterative upgrading of agricultural film manufacturing equipment and has recently officially introduced an internationally leading seven-layer co-extrusion blown film production line. The new equipment has mature technical advantages in automation control, die head structure, and online thickness monitoring, enabling stable co-extrusion of multilayer raw materials and meeting the precise design requirements of different functional layers. Through more advanced process control, the production line has been further improved in film thickness uniformity, machine-direction and transverse-direction mechanical properties, and surface quality, providing solid assurance for the large-scale, stable production of high-performance agricultural films.
